Plain Text URL Detection

hoplink doesn't just detect links in anchor tags — it also finds plain-text shortened URLs in page content. For example, check out https://bit.ly/4cJdtYU or visit https://is.gd/Wbyu4k for more info. These URLs are detected and resolved automatically, even without being wrapped in a link.
